The basics

These terms cover your use of oldcenturyroof.com, our online estimate tool, the sign, pay and project links we send you, and our business software, including Rocky OS. They are between you and Rock Investments LLC, doing business as Old Century Roof. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

Estimates and contracts

Online and emailed estimates are for planning. They are not an offer and do not bind either of us. Work, price, warranty and payment terms are set only by a contract signed by you and Old Century Roof. If these terms and your signed contract ever disagree, your contract wins.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Bank transfer fees, if any, are shown before you pay. A payment is complete when the funds land in our account.

Our software

Rocky OS and its connections to outside services, including QuickBooks, are licensed for use by Old Century Roof and its authorized team only. No one else may copy, resell, reverse engineer or access it without our written permission. Access can be removed at any time.

Use it fairly

Do not misuse the site or links: no false information, no attempts to break in or overload the service, and no use of another person's link or account.

Ownership

The site, our software, our logo, photos and written content belong to Rock Investments LLC. Your project photos and documents remain yours to use for your home.

No guarantees on the website

The website and online tools are provided as is. Information on the site is general and may change. Our promises about your roof are the ones in your signed contract and warranty, not on the website.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website, online tools or software. This does not limit anything in your signed contract or warranty.

Law

Colorado law governs these terms. Any dispute about them is handled in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado, unless your signed contract says otherwise.
